Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs, create treatment plans, and play a pivotal role in the therapeutic process.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
As an RBT, you will conduct therapy sessions and travel to clients’ homes, providing hands-on support and implementing the treatment plans devised by BCBAs. This role is essential in making a direct impact on children’s lives.
