Dedicated and results-oriented professional with 26+ years of leadership experience as Director of HR and Finance in the nonprofit world. Nina has expertise in implementing effective operating systems, managing teams, driving financial planning and controls, and comprehensive HR functions. She is adept at leading teams, recruiting and hiring top talent, and ensuring organizational success through strategic management.
She is a proud mother of seven children, four girls and three boys, ranging from ages 10 to post-college. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hosting gatherings, playing tennis, and swimming. Her love for children and her belief that each child possesses incredible talents drives her passion for Gold Plus Therapy to help each child reach their full potential.
Vanessa Aguiar

Vanessa Aguiar is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the field, ranging from providing direct 1:1 services to individuals ages 3-16 to providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians, parent training to caregivers and creating behavior intervention plans tailored to the child’s needs
She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduated with a Master’s in Behavior Counseling from Centro De Investigaciones Psiquiatricas — in Venezuela where she was born and raised. She has worked in home, school, and clinic environments.
In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her 6-year-old son diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. Vanessa enjoys taking her son to the zoo, museums, beach, and theme parks as well as participating in his extracurricular activities such as swimming lessons.

Gisela has been dedicated to early intervention education for over four years. As the founder and director of a daycare center for children aged 3 to 5 years, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a profound commitment to nurturing young minds. Her expertise in early childhood development and her innovative approach to education have made her daycare center a beacon of excellence in her community.
She also serves as a Pediatric Patient Care Coordinator at a local pediatrician’s office, where she has a deep appreciation for the medical field and finds immense fulfillment in witnessing its positive impact on children. In her spare time, she finds joy in cooking, baking, and sewing, as well as volunteering with various special needs children. She has seen the benefits of ABA Therapy amongst children in her daycare and is passionate for Gold Plus Therapy to bring out the most in each and every child.
